Painted Snowflakes is a Canadian company established in 2015. Stacey designs and creates all the painted items on the site. Her work is in homes and locations from as close as Kitchener, Ontario to Singapore and Dubai.

Stacey started out painting wood and household items in Ottawa, Canada more years ago than she likes to admit. She calls Cambridge, On., home now despite growing up in Montreal. Eventually she began to sell in local farmers' markets and craft marketplaces. With a belief in her heart that "wine tastes better from a painted glass" she began focusing on creating glass items with durability as well as a great look. Stacey has lived across Canada in many cities and towns and travelled a good amount of countries as well. Her travels are often expressed in her acrylic work on canvas. It is her work on glass and wax that she truly feels most qualified to produce. Many pieces in her personal collection have been used for more than ten years old and still look new.

 

Autism is very close to her heart as her elder son lives with those challenges every day. Just as every person with autism is unique in their disability, "Snowflakes" refers to the unique quality of everything she paints. The biggest thrill is "taking an everyday item and making it into something exceptional."​
